Mike is a corporate lawyer with over 30 years of experience representing life sciences and health care clients in a range of strategic transactions and regulatory matters.
Before co-founding Sexton Riley LLP in 2015, Mike was a partner in the Life Sciences and Health Care Groups of Ropes & Gray LLP. While at Ropes & Gray, Mike represented Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Biogen, AstraZeneca, RiverVest Venture Partners, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Verax Biomedical, Salient Surgical Technologies and other life sciences clients. He also represented health care clients such as Yale University School of Medicine, Stanford University School of Medicine and Hospitals, and Express Scripts.
Mike serves on the Board of Directors of St. Francis House in Boston, the largest day shelter in New England for the homeless and poor.
