Julienne is a corporate and intellectual property lawyer with extensive experience advising biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies on strategic partnering matters.  

Before joining Sexton Riley LLP in 2021, Julienne was a senior associate in the Strategic Transactions Practice Group of Ropes & Gray LLP, where she represented Johnson & Johnson, Biogen, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Alexion Pharmaceuticals and other life sciences clients.
